Chad and Rena are both from Hawaii and have been happily married for twelve years and have been together for a total of twenty one years! Now that's a happily ever after! They have three beautiful children, Chad Jr. (13), Areana (11), and Sierra-Lynn (8).

Kerry Cruz is the co-owner of Moksha Yoga Brooklin in Brooklin, Ontario. She has been a yoga practitioner since 2007 and is trained in Moksha, Moksha Flow, Seane Corn Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Baron Baptiste Power Yoga, Susi Hately Kinesiology of Yoga & Therapeutic Yoga, Jill Miller Yoga Tune Up level 1, and a Registered Massage Therapist from 1999 - 2013.

Kerry was also an ambassador for Lululemon in 2011.

Kerry is also a proud and happy mother to Mason, 10, and Sawyer, 4.

SWAT co-founder and personal trainer, Kyle Ardill, is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after personal trainers in Southern Ontario. Kyle’s motivation and teaching style combined with his fitness expertise have quickly made him a face of health and fitness in Mississauga. His continued focus on health promotion led to several television appearances as a contributing fitness expert on Rogers Cable.

Kyle’s unique training style has attracted a clientele of professional athletes, film and television stars, as well as CEO’s from the Greater Toronto Area. An interest in physical fitness that was inspired by years of being a varsity athlete at Wilfrid Laurier University, Kyle now uses his experience combined with his knowledge of sports rehabilitation and injury to create training environment in which optimum wellness can be achieved.

/Mark Peros

Mark Peros

Mark Peros is a veteran of the Canadian fencing program, having made his senior international debut in 2003. He has attended three FIE World Championships, posting his best individual result in 2010 when he finshed 60th. Peros achieved a career-high year-end world ranking of 62nd in 2012-13. In 2015 he was part of the sabre team that won silver at the Pan American Championships.

Mark is also President of Peros Inc., a design and manufacturing business for fashion and apparel textiles and is the owner of CMFR Canada, which produces down-filled coats.

/Sofia Carnevale

Sofia Carnevale

Sofia Carnevale is 18 years old and lives in Mississauga, Ontario. She will be graduating this year from St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School. Sofia has always enjoyed playing sports and participating in different activities, but has been committed to competitive swimming for the past 10 years.

She is a talented breaststroker and sprint freestyle swimmer currently swimming for Etobicoke swim club. In 2013 she was a part of the 13/14 year old, 4x200 freestyle relay that broke a Canadian record. Most recently she has participated in the 2016 Olympic Canadian Trials this past April. Competing in both the 100 and 200 metre breaststroke, Sofia qualified for the B final in the 200 metre breaststroke.

She works closely with SWAT to increase her training outside of the pool, in order to improve her training inside the water. Her rankings as a Canadian National level swimmer and her GPA have earned her a scholarship to the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She will begin there in the 2016 fall semester.
